José Bargues looked ahead to Valencia CF Femenino’s opening fixture in Primera Iberdrola. Valencia CF Femenino head coach head coach sat down with VCF Media to preview the opening day of Women's football in Spain which will see them visit Sporting Huelva on Sunday October 4th at 11 am kick-off time at the Nuevo Colombino on matchday 1 of Primera Iberdrola.
“The players are really focused, taking in concepts, fighting for every ball and raring to play. I see them up for it on Sunday’s game. It’s the typical game where the opposition know what they have to do, they really adapt to the surface, dimensions with a very distinctive identity despite having many new players.
They are a tough side who are going to demand a lot from us both offensively and defensively, fighting for every ball every situation. It’s a tough away fixture.”
